This room, with a large window in the front of the house, is located on the ground floor of the main building. Its current layout corresponds to an adaptation made in the first half of the 20th century by the grandparents of the current owners. It has a decorative tile panel all around and a period tiled floor. More recently, a private bathroom was added, dominated by an antique iron bathtub. It comprises a sleeping area, work area with desk and a small chamber that functions as a living area, with a pull-out sofa bed. The name 'attic room' derives from the peculiarity that, in this region, and similarly to what happens in neighbouring Spain, the term 'attic' is used to designate the rooms on the lower floors of the houses, traditionally intended as storage areas.
