The network of the 27 Aldeias de Xisto is located on mountains that lend their name to the rooms of Quinta da Porta (Estrela, Açor, Gardunha), or near rivers (Tagus, Ocreza and Zêzere) that are fundamental axes of our region and our heritage.

Quinta da Porta is an excellent base from which to discover this immense historical, cultural and natural wealth. Among the most charismatic Aldeias de Xisto, we highlight those in our council of Fundão, such as Janeiro de Cima and Barroca.
